Default DuraTrax IntelliPeak ICE DC Competition Charger

Anybody try one of these yet? How does it compare to a Millennium Pro? I like the big LCD.

I have one and love it. I like how the display will actually read more than 1999 mAh (lol-if you have an Intellipeak you know what I mean) and all of the features that the expensive chargers have.

My $.02 for a Ver. 2:
-Backlight the display (Red, Blue, Green, etc)
-Offer a connection for a mini dyno that checks RPM's and amp draw
-Higher discharge rate (20 or 30 amp or variable)

Does the motor run feature let you see how many amps the motor is drawing?

So I bought one of these chargers the other day and I like it a lot and works well, but I can't stand the fact that it's not backlight. So I started taking it apart today and I got stopped by the rotary dial/button, of which I can't get off. Does anybody know how it comes off, any help would be great.
Also incase anyone wants to know there is a ton of room behind the screen for lights but you will have to cut the plastic that is currently behind the screen, which requires taking the front plastic off, but first you have to get the rotary button off.

Thanks,
Bob

I killed the warranty as soon as I cut the input leads and put my own plugs on.

Yeah it shows the amps that the motor draws.

The IntelliPeak ICE has the honor of being the first product we've "officially" reviewed on R/C Tech in close to two years. You can read the entire review here:
http://www.rctech.net/reviews/review...futureal.shtml

I have also revised the review format (as you can see; I actually made the revisions close to 18 months ago but never had a chance to actually finish a review) so if you have any comments about that, feel free to leave them here.
