Default GM V12esc, am I s.o.l.?

I've been running a GM v12 esc in my 12th scale. I went to hook it up today, and I have no throttle control. When I hook up the battery, the throttle goes full whether I have the switch in the on or the off position.

I've switched receivers to make sure the esc is the problem.

Anyone aware of where GM products can be sent for service?
