Can anyone help a newbie?
Hey, I am a teen, trying to DJ, race rc cars, and save up for a car. Do u have any good or bad suggestions for me to learn how to drive my rc car without always having to buy a broken part. Or just any suggestions would be nice. Thanks!

Dj's in the house
well first of all, get technic 1200's with staton needles and a vastek mixer, then a 92-95 honda civic with a b18c5 motor, and finally a yokomo gt-4 rtr to learn how to drive an r/c. The Yokomo gt-4 rtr gives you the most for your money and it's a great begginer car.

If you want to practice without breaking parts you can practice in a wide open area. You can use cheap corner dots to mark off an imaginary track. Or if you don't have the money for some corner dots, use old soda cans or 2 liter bottles. Fill them lightly with rocks or sand. That way, the wind wont blow them over, but your car wont take damage from hitting them.

Try Duratrax
I believe that Duratrax sells either cones or dots for a reasonable price.
