hi i bought a new esc and it has a motor connector which connects to the motor but the problem is i dont have the other plug. i dont know what that plug is called can you help me?

can u give us more information like pictures or a description of the plug.

That would be a bullet connector and you should hardwire the motor instead of using those silly things.
