i run 17.5 blinky and will also be running 13.5 blinky i will be looking at new lipos for this and a charger.

i like the Icharger but out of my price range so whats the next best charger to to the Icharger to get the best out of my lipos

There are lots to choose from but I find the LRP Pulsar Touch seems to do the trick pretty well and is substantially cheaper than the top priced iCharger. Maybe look for a 2nd hand charger? You may find the iCharger you are after at a better price?

you might want to look at the 306b or 208 ichargers . . . those are pretty competitively priced . . .

Not sure which iCharger you were looking at, but some of the the Turnigy chargers are iCharger clones. I've been very happy with my Turnigy Reaktor 300w charger, which is an iCharger 206B clone. I believe they are still available in Hobbyking's UK warehouse for around 50-60P.
