Looking for a couple sets of narrow or standard closed cell sc inserts. Not the wide ones Thanks

I have some Red AKA 8th buggy inserts, new. Not sure if they are considered wide or narrow.

these are what I have.
Maybe im mistaken. But arent 1/8th wheels a bigger inside diameter?
