Default Barry Baker's Spur Gear, as seen in RC Car Action...

I noticed Barry Baker's TC3 race setup in the November issue. What kind of Spur Gear is he using?

Greg

Yes, thats on of the RW spurs that Schumacher now distributes. I used one of them in my Mission, and I have to say its the best spur I have ever used.

YES-even better than Kimbrough spurs!!!

Their light weight, spin super true, and are super strong, all while being half as thick as Kimbrough. And even though their white, they resist getting dirty, even on the teeth faces.

Once you try one, you won't want to use anything else. REALLY!

Excellent! Thanks everyone for your response. I have found that Wild Hobbies reviewed them. I just ordered one directly from Schumacher USA.

I use them on my XXX-S (most of the time) and corally 1/12th scale, they're the best spurs I've used. I also use RW pinions, except for a couple of titanium racing ones

You wont be disappointed with them, I assure you. I'm about to order the standard gear adapter for my STR-4pro just so I can go back to using the RW spurs.

Hey, your names Greg...

....thats my name too...
