Speed Controls
In the market for a new speed control. I want one with no motor limit and no brake, but i don't want to brake the bank. any seggestions?

The quantum pro reverse is great. However, I think the motor limit on those is a 12 turn.
If you don't want the reverse, then go for a Hara Twister 2.1. They can be had as little as $125 if you look around. No motor Limit and top of the line. Programmable too.
Most reverse ESC's have a motor limit. The Novak speedos are great also. Many to choose from as well.
Whats break the bank $150+?
I would say anything under $130 is a good deal as a good speedo only helps in the long run.
