Obviously, you are G4 terminator.

However, I and friends never have this problem.

Gansei,

I to had this happen on my G4RS chassis but where it cracked it also chipped right next to one of the engine mount holes. I was unable to get the distributor (Wolf Hobbies) to replace the chassis. They claimed the problem was due to loose motor mounts or because I was using the 2 piece motor mounts. If we are supposed to use the one piece mounts to avoid this happening then the one piece mount should have come with the kit. I have never run any of my kits with loose motor mounts as I use locktite when I do the install. I still feel its a manufacturing flaw with the chassis. This has never happened on any of the other kits I have run.

Regards,

That looks like stress fractures in the material used for the chassis.
That alluminium looks very grainy as well compared to the G4S chassis.

seems like stress caused by 'over-tightening' the engine mount screws?

the crack lines look like started from the engine mount holes...maybe u can remove the mount and take a better pic...

YES!! It is a 'over-tightening' engine mount screws.

But I always did engine mount screws over-tightening in other car (RRR,MTX-3)

and other cars did not happen same problem.

woah...
how tight did yr screws go in order to 'cracked' a 3mm chassis?

usually i tighten my engine screws tight but not overly tight; do you guys really need to tighten those screws 'that tight'?

cheers
not even hitting hard ... more like bumps ....

which one is the travel screw ? in any case, it happens at front AND rears lower arms ... I superglued them now and I ordered some 4mm ball studs with 5mm long thread (the stock one is 4mm) with few extra spare arms just in case ... the thread cant be longer cause it will be hitting the big screw inside.

I think it's the droop screws.

I'm in desperate need of a radio plate (preferebly carbon) for a G4s or i think the G4rs will fit aswell. I can't seem to get a response any where else so i am posting this here. Sorry to interupt
