I'm in Canada, when can I grab myself a T2? and how much should I be expecting to pay? I'm in Vancouver, BC. There's a local XRAY distributor here.
Would it be the US version with 2 diff?

There are limited numbers of kits being shipped in the first batch, though, so it is highly recommended to talk to your LHS about a pre-order to help assure you of getting one of the first batch as the distributor does not sell direct.
