I might have to drop by on Saturday and see the cars run. I still need to build my shocks and install electronics.

ANYONE HAVE TH ISSUE OF A ARM NOT DROPPING FREELY ON THE HINGEPIN?
I TRIED LOOSENING THE HINGEPIN HOLDERS AND MOVING THE ARM BACK AND FORTH TO TRY TO FREE IT UP BUT NO LUCK. IT SEEMS LIKE THE HOLES ON THE ARM ARE NOT ALLIGNED. I WOULD THINK THIS WOULD NOT LET THE CAR HANDLE PROPERLY DUE TO BINDING.
ANY HELP PLEASE

Arm to snug
yes
I found the same thing.
The arm holes seem to be molded out of alignment.
But it was only on one front arm.
I took some polishing compound and put it on the pin. Spun it inside the arm with my cordless drill slowly. It freed it up and the arm doesn't wooble.
It doesn't take much.

I got it from a friend. So I don't know what kind it is.
But it's polishing compound which doesn't have much ( and you don't want much ) grit in it.
I've used auto polishing comp ( not wax ) before just go slow. It doesn't take much.

Hahaha, I ran my car without battery tape, or anything to hold it in but the little braces, and the bulkhead, and it didnt come out while I was runnin. Of course, i didnt really hit anything either. but I did run it on some tile floor and drift with it, that was fun
