The new Fasttrack II CRC carpet??

Yes, I like the suggestion to keep commitment to proven classes of USGT, VTA, F1, 17.5. Too short a straight for mod.

Pretty long trek for me from WI (2+ hours, 100 miles of non interstate route), but I will definitely check it out.

Please keep posting with updates to keep interest keen.

Having a "house" on-road class, like Box stock TT-02 or the Assoc./Apex 1/18 scale, might be a way to bring in new racers. #JustSaying

No, it's not too short of a straight for mod (either 12th or TC). The Track at Harbor Hobbies' dimensions are slightly narrower and about the same length.

Ehhh....The Track is about 98 feet long wall to wall....so that gives you about a 80 ft run line. If this track is 80 feel long wall to wall that would be about 64-62ft or about run line. Im not telling you what to run but that might be at the limit for mod. I mean come on Dave we have all seen you race...lol. That being said racing is racing any track is good.

My question is why have 2 tracks? why not make 1 bigger track? If you have the space 1 larger track that you can convert to on and off-road might be a better idea.

In the end best of luck this place will only be about 10 minutes from me so I hope it all works out.

Two tracks is the way I'd do it unless the the layout of the space allowed for a much longer straight, which I doubt. Think about outdoors at Leisure Hours. Two tracks with driver's stand in the middle is ideal (don't know what the actual plan is). But here, both on and off road would be able to run at the same time because no worries about track prep or dirt blowing everywhere. Would be great for practice nights. Everyone run what you want.
