The tc3 gears work great Randman. I slammed into a few things at socal yesterday without any real problems. It was the first time I had the EVO3 out. The car was working real well for me until I got into the main. I think I just had too much punch from the batteries I was running. It was a second charge on a new set of Fukuyama 1.17s. It took me about three laps before I settled down and by then it was too late.

Guys...I got some news. People are running prototype gears but at this time, they are strictly that...prototypes and might not make it to production unless they find the end all be all solution. Also, more interesting stuff is coming along. The Evo is evolving. I don't have any more info other than that.

Just a quick look through the instructions - do you really put super-glue around the edges of all the carbon fibre decks? And is the filing down of the edges of the battery holes in the lower carbon deck necessary, when I want to use individual batteries?
