Tamiya TB-Evolution III

Difuser,
I'm assuming you're referring to our F1RL Series, and I like your rule, just like the real F1. However, if we had that rule this past weekend, I would've been done on the second turn (I flipped my F1 on the second turn) One thing about those F1s...when they flip over, they stay flipped over.
rtypec,
Yup, which is why I enjoy running at Tamiya more, you have to really get out of shape to seriously damage your car (or you hit one of them minicoopers going slow down the straight at full speed )
This Saturday I'll be out at Tamiya with my EVOIII, I'll let you guys know how the shake down run goes (rtypec will be my witness! hehehe)

Front Ball Diff Parts
Ray Huang,
Earlier in this thread, you posted part numbers of parts to build a front ball diff. Just wanted to know if that list was accurate and complete coz I plan to order them very soon. Thanks.

The Kai parts are only available in Japan and nowhere else.
You'll have to find someone in Japan to get you one...and if you're able to get plan on spending $$$$$$

The rims are 28mm. I dont like to run anything narrower. Sometimes I am saucing the fronts to the plaid strip as it is!!!
Difuser-Thanks for your help with my MO3!! I spent a couple hours working on shocks, ride heights and droop per your recommendations!!! Thanks again for the help!!!

Printable Gear Ratio Chart
Hi everybody,
Here's something for the 414/Evo3 owner. This is a printable Excel worksheet that contains gear ratios for both cars using 64 pitch pinions and spur gears. Rctech won't allow me to upload them as an xls file so I saved them as a zip. All you have to do is print it, laminate it somehow, and shoegoo it to the back of your RPM pinion gear caddy. You'll never have to worry about using a calculator at the track again Enjoy!

very nice!
looks just like mine!
I'm still trying to dial mine in for carpet with foams. I'm trying to get the car to turn in harder entering the turn. It's way better, I'd say it's 75% dialed in. Will keep making changes and will soon post a kicka$$ setup for it. The car definitely has great potential!
