we used the truck because it was so windy

Gene, you were looking pretty good after the first two rounds of quals. Then I saw Andy messing with your engine in round 3 I believe and thought "looks like old faithful gave out" But I guess "old faithful" should always be engine number 1 or tucked away in the toolbox for back up.

Whether you are in the back of a U-Haul or under an EZ-Up, all that matters is you are at the big races to show the world what CEN Racing can do!

I am very happy to say that I will be a new owner of the matrix. A lot of people helped me make the decision to go with cen and I think I'm made to right choice. This will be my first buggy after running many years with nitro 1/10 stadium trucks. I got the rtr in hopes to learn from it and hopefully get into racing next year and take if from there. Just wanted to say hi to everyone.

Some people have stripped the wing mount adjustments so they are trying the Mugen mount instead of replacing the stripped mount with another stock Cen one. Another benefit of using the Mugen wing mount may be to use high down force wings without having to modify or dremel them to fit.

If you look back on page 31 there are pictures of the team Cen guys buggys at the Nats. In the pics you can see what they are doing with their wing mounts. They are using radio tray posts instead of the long wing mount posts to create a narrower wing mount and it also lets you use a high downforce wing because of the narrow bolt pattern of the modded mount . you must heat the wing mounts a little bit to get them to bend in.

Here's a Slash body mounted up on my Matrix Pro. Looks so cool on the track at speed and in the air... If it weren't for the rules I'd never go back to a buggy body!

Ride height isn't a problem.. those pics were taken with no motor or radio gear installed so it actually sits much lower.
