UK's 'BQ Hat' goes under the hammer!
Just been told about a unique peice of UK offroad racing history has gone onto ebay today:

Over the current season whoever has qualified 11th in the Elec On-Road National event 2wd & 4wd, is given BQ status and is required to wear this hat for the final!
Its a shame to see it go because its quickly become very popular and its a funny peice of RC history that everyone has taken part in because of the good humour involved in it.
The good news is that a new BQ is being constructed for next year as it was decided this one was a little too heavy to race with it on ya head.
Are there any other instances where these sort of stupid antics take place, or are we just crazier and more stupid than the average racers around the world
