OK, my stash of foam tires is now under 28mm wide.

And the calipers were frozen to -20F by my Much More Motor Cooler.

Buster is powered by dual Duracell 5200 Li-pos...

Hey Bill,

You couldnt just sand the excess foam off so it butts up to the plastic?

The Jaco "cheater" foam wheels were wide too. One set measured out to be 29.05mm wide (with a touch of my CA on the outer side).
