Brush Cuts for stock motors?
Can anyone explain what different cuts and grooves, holes do when you make them to the performance of a stock motor? I usually just take the edge off the brush as most people do but is there any gains from drilling a hole, cutting a groove etc etc. I generally run monster based stock motors.!
Thanks

im far from being an expert but from what i have read,,, the holes act like the grooves o when the bruhes are new,, im guessing it cuts down on arcing..
but i only drill holes in my brushe i havent played with cutting grooves, but i have also read that the negative brush will benefit more from cutting and such more so than the positive brush... dont know why
