Default MST XXX Opinions

Hey all,

Looking at the MST XXX front motor, shaft driven 4WD drift car. Not really into drifting, but I thought it might be fun for something different with a tad bit higher speed set up. I used to run a tc3 with a Hobbywing 3.5t and that was absolutely awesome, so I scrapped the tc3 since upgrades were sparse and am now looking for something new.

Any ideas on whether or not a front motor would be goood for recreational high speed driving? Interested in any and all opinions, not sure on a front motor application.

Thanks!

No responses? Perhaps a better question is needed.

What is the difference between a drifter and a typical touring car such as a TC3 or TC4?

or maybe nobody cares

Gearing and Steering Geometry I think are the biggest differences with Drifters.

Plus the other thing to think of is part availability, how quick can you fix if you break something. I was looking at the kit too for a project but backed off for now due to front geometry not meeting my needs.
