Default Can You Use Saddle Packs , TA-04?

Hi I have a Ta-04 with carbon double decked. The plastic stuff it comes with to hold a stick pack, I just cut off the top part and now all I do is tape the battery down. Is there a better way u can use saddle packs on a TA-04???
