Has anyone experienced a twisted Rear Arm? Not sure if this is a bad mould or accident damage

You guys realize that this electrical connector talk is irrelevant to the car right?! And I'm not saying that I've never plugged anything in backwards but try not to make it so complicated....

If you look at my post I mention that the Deans packs are wired internally, i.e. I was only talking about prewired packs.
The 4 or 5mm tubes (by the way, every time SMC have tested them, 4mm show lower resistances than the 5mm, strange but true) have to be held in position somehow, this always used to involve the tubes being mounted on a PCB at the end of the pack.
When I first started buying Thunder Power packs (nearly 7 years ago) I spoke to Jim Skinner who asked why UK drivers wanted 4mm tubes on their packs when Dean's packs had lower resistance. He also asked if they would sell more if they were fitted with 4mm tubes and I replied yes. So they started shipping lipo's with the 4mm tubes.

It is important to keep the solder in solid state thus keep the plugs cool.
The resistant value is for mod a bit less important as for stock(less amp)

EC4 and EC5 are easier and quicker to make compared with Deans which is why they have become popular.
As per Skiddins post 4mm bullets can have lower resistance than 5mm.
My own tests show Deans to be better than 4mm bullets but not as good as 5mm bullets but the 5mm bullets need to be very very tight to provide lower resistance than 4mm bullets and Deans.

My t4 15 goes great with progressive suspension and floating steering conversion on high grip carpet.oh and yes bullet plugs with negative terminal very short.

T4 15 Hard arms. Put the arm on flat surface and it rocks. About an 1 deg of twist.

My friend Jilles use Deans for mod he can deal with it but he can drive with such a smooth throttle finger, something i can't.

changing to -.75 hexes all round and thinner rear diff oil? will this give more rotation?

Try the -.75 hexes for the front only.
This will help corner entry to middle.
A too thin rear diff oil will hurt your exit.

After scanning about 20 pages I gave up looking for sway bar advice and decided to ask.
Recently bought my T4 2015 from a guy that ran it at 1 race event, so the car looks new and came with a few mods already done.
Would like input as to what size bars are being used on medium grip parking lot asphalt that is not perfectly smooth, running it in 17.5 TC class. I see the dots on the bars and not sure what sizes they are, currently has the 3 dot bar on the front and the 2 dot bar on the rear. If those are stock bars I may want to increase the size on the front and move the front bar to the rear.
Was running an Associated TC6.2 using one size larger bars on both front and rear than the assembly manual suggested and it was working.
Any input will be helpful, thanks in advance.
