Maybe a beefed up pt007(model number).. Looks the same except your crankcase color is black and your engine head has "sh" "turbo" written on it as supposed to the one i listed that has gray crankcase and "sh" "engine"
Maybe meaning that yours is the racing version with the black case and the turbo glow plug.. Check to see if its a 6 port sleeve, anyway best i could do hope its helpful

They're called "SH" engines.
It's a rear exhaust engine, looks .12 or .15, cant see the carby etc so it's hard to tell. They are on the lesser end of the quality scale and cheap to buy new.

Looks to be a .21 engine those engine mount holes are further apart than a .12 or .15 size motor, maybe the owner can measure the distance between the two holes..however that carb looks to be an on road carb with the idle screw being away from engine block when turned around

Could be one of the older PT21XT engines. Their older engines usually had a gold head on them and they changed them to a purple head. They were ok, but didn't have near the power of the Nova or Picco. Ok for practicing and an occasional club race.
