These are the long type, but it's all I can find. Could someone please give part numbers on the short type?

That is the correct number and Spring
Also, Yokomo put the spring information in the part #
1565 =
Spring dia:1.5, 6.5 coils
When using Short shocks on a BD7, there are different spring collars
However these springs fit fine on Tamiya shocks as well

These outdrives will still need help with Amsoil polymeric grease , and a good front bumper to deflect the occasional big hit from the tires...

Understood toolman, but my suggestion protects the whole drivetrain...

Thanks for that speed_dmon, another quick question though I am assembling my Evo 6 original blue version old stock. Has anyone had any issues with the dcj hole position for the wheel hex drive pin. Mine appears to be 1mm out of position and now I cant get the pin through the hole once the bearings are in the hub. I tried one of the the rear axles and they fit fine and the pin goes through.

That's it !! That will teach me for not reading the manual lol. Thanks for that. Now to finish the assembly. How are you guys liking the car so far. I've gone straight to the Exotek so hopefully I've made the right choice.
