MY BEST ADVICE TO DATE IS TO GET A CHEAP $7.00 BOTTLE OF OFNA DIFF LOCK LUBE(#10230), AND SMEAR THAT STUFF ALL OVER YOUR CLUTCH SHOES(3SHOE BEST), ALL OVER YOUR DIFF BALLS AND SANDED RINGS(INSIDE AND OUT), ALL OVER YOUR TWO SPEED SHOES.... IT WILL MAKE EVERYTHING STOP SLIPPING, AND YOU'LL GET ALOT MORE SPEED OUT OF YOUR NTC3.....

The rear diff upgrade works flawlessly(with front spool),but you'll need some lock lube in your Ntc3 clutch shoes, and in your two speed shoes too...

I am also experimenting with a two swaybar(blade+roll bar) per end(front&rear) concept to further minimize body roll.... Let's hope for the best.....

get metal / allow diff gears or they'll shred with any modern engine.

the v2 rear suspension helps dial in the car and will prevent toe changes on impacts

aside from that I still have my ntc3 and loved racing it while it was still quick, it's now quick to shred its gears - and that was with a $69 picco .12.

I got an Abmods Jlr .12 in mine, and I don't shred diff gears at all, unless I hit the wall hard, and that's because I run a front spool(with lcd drives)... My rear diff gears are still new after running since 2013...
The gray diff gears are weak, and should be replaced with the yellow ones...FBF is a very destructive track, and the Ntc3 hangs in there very well, even passing Xrays, and mtx6 cars that are driven by racers with more experience than me... The new bodies, tires, and lower weight rules make the Ntc3 run better, but I still have not really pushed my car yet...

What brand of foams are you using as offset of rims has changes making it hard for the ny-lock wheel nut to actually get onto the axle to do it's job.

Have found the V2 rear end fixes toe issues, but then you have similar issues with camber changing if you roll or even someone making contact with you on the track.

I use a whole range of tires: gq foam tires(best rims), hot race tires, contact tires, Matrix tires, etc... I do use a reamer to open up the holes in all my rims... They all work great with SXT3.0 tire sauce...My car seems to like small tires though, 56mm down to 53mm....

Got to test a few bodies, and the blitz cruze, and protoform SRS-N were pretty good....
