It will be interesting to see how they cope with 2wd.
That is due to the bumps. With 4wd, you hit a small bump on power and it throws the rear end around.

At the 03' Worlds Travis Amezcua TQ'd a round with a 19x1 Reedy Motor. Reedy had to have motors wound and flown in (14's, 16's and 19's) to cope with the lack of traction.

The 05' World's track looks like a Friday night club practice track when no one is watering or blowing it off. The fluff built up out of the racing line is out of control. So is the pot hole in front of the timing loop that took Masami out in 4WD A1.

The fun part is I hear the the on road track for the Sedan Worlds next year is only slightly less bumpy

The fastest guy didn’t win…(Maifield)that’s for sure. It looked like Maifield kept having bad luck with the track but it also looked like he was over driving his car. Ryan Cavalieri was just driving smooth and steady.

What was up with that grand canyon of a pot hole…why didn’t they fill that in? It also gobbled up Maifield

Masami and Mayfield definatley seemed faster than Pudge but he held it together and had some real good luck along the way. Like in the first main where Mayfield and I think Cragg got together right after the straight and held up the whole field enough for him to get away.

Pudge obviously listen to Kinwald and to all of his wisdom. He used the first rule to winning.

Stay smooth and don't crash.

I raced at that track last year for the Off Rd Euros. There is no traction at all!!! 2wd was really hard, and 4wd wasn't that much better.

Adrian, The On rd track looked nice and smooth, but it's impossible to tell just by looking, how much traction it's going to have.

yeah Maifield had all sorts of bad luck. He was leading big with about a minute to go in A3 and he rolled, which got Cragg up to his gearbox and then as they were heading down the short straight before that jump turn he rolled it again and Cragg got by him. One can only wonder what the track is going to do when qualifying starts tomorrow

I heard that some of the guys are using 5 cells because of the track conditions.

In Australia during most of the 90's, almost ALL our tracks were in that condition or worse!

I think touring cars have soften a few of these guys up to the point where they are just slamming the throttle out of turns!

This is "off-road" remember
