Nice pic! Is everybody using the handle for the forward mount? I thought the stand off for the tray support would be used..?

I've used under the rollbar/handle because I usually space mine up to support the body as well, so I was going to put a spacer there, I'm just using the heim joint as the spacer.

Yes I know the next question, why space the handle up? I find the car/body suffers less damage & has a better chance of righting it's self in a roll over with the bar that high.

Hey guys is it safe to use esr-971 servos for steering also. Also I prefer lipo so can someone tell me what lipo pack will fit with no problem for 748

In 2014 i have seen at least 4 sanwa ers 971 that went up in smoke direct on lipo, my advice is to use a regulator or better life

Ok so I see some guys here say use the reedy life packs right or exceed right? Do you know which one will fit perfect in the 748? So it is ok to run both servos for throttle ans steering?

Perfect fit is the zippy700, its small, so you have an extra mass you can place in the front or rear. you win 30 a 40 gram mass and can drive a 45 min final. its on the edge for racing on the limit. The price is the only bad thing, t costs around 3 dollar.

i use 971 with life for the past 1 year with no problem
