So that means, it's a full 2014 kit PLUS all those extra parts?? So I will get 2 chassis included? Standard one and new one???

As far as I understand: it's the 2014 kit + the extra parts.
That combination makes it a '2015' kit.
If you check the SKU in the list, that's the SKU of the 2014 kit.

All of that together has been named the "2015 Specs" by Xray. So no new car, just an edition with lots and lots of spare parts included, so still very much worth it.

I already emailed A Main for delivery date and to do a pre-order, hopefully they can match $604.19 shipped or better.

Perfect, because my original nt1 chassis is bent and I was about to buy another.
But wait, I just realized, my NT1 is a 2013, can I swap the 2013 chassis plate for a 2014 chassis plate??

And you can use the 14' chassis on your 13' but you'll need the need middle layshaft mount and new battery mounting plate hardware since that changed on the 14' chassis. You could use the 4mm chassis on your 13' without issue but if you run on a low traction track it wouldn't be ideal.

My order has been placed with the-border. Thought it would be at least a hundred more because I'm buying from Europe+shipping but I guess not having to pay that VAT really helped.

No idea about the 2015. I have a 2014 and I have a Pro, most of the parts that come with the WCE came with the Pro apart from the 4mm chassis. I don't run on high grip tracks so I can see it being of any benefit to me. Every one will be different and they have to decide what is best for them. Is a very good deal if you still get standard 2014 as well.

I'm guessing there's not going to be a 2015 edition: they've got the world championship title for 2 years, no need to release a new car, I think this is going to be it for 2015 and perhaps later in 2015 a 2016 edition, in like a year.
