Evan, we were all loose like cheap hookers Your car will handle great when you get it on the Timezone track. FYI, Mike G was able to get the Serpent caster blocks to fit with very little sanding I would give those a try and save yourself $80

Someone say Hookers?

On serious note, I have another set of those serpant c-hubs that I gave Godson, if someone else wants to try. They were the 12 deg .

Yeah Kev, that is going to be the way to go for the X3 guys. $92 for aluminum hubs is ridiculous!

Hmm the X-3 that won the Novarossi race did not use the optional C-Hubs.It turned in well.
With a little work he had plenty of steering. This car was "stock" except for oils and clutch.

I think the stock setup is a good start and the rest is dependent on your track, length, traction, smoothness, etc.

I have only one race so far on a temporarily setup track but for our local track which is a medium size track with good traction it seems the guys are running a heavier front diff fluid and lighter rear. Also swapped out the stock #800 Shock fluid for a lower wt.

I agree that the stock car has been pretty quick, and VERY RELIABLE at GLARCRC races, with a stock car making the A-main each time.

I have made changes, but that is based on how I like to drive the car and the feel. I am going to Lincoln NE this weekend to a track that I have many laps on and hope to work on set up for med grip tracks, and not high grip as in LA, Houston and Joliet. So getting close to a base line on the car from my DM1.

Best bet is to search for Cobra GT pics, the car seems to be more popular online. I had a hard time finding even a video of the X3..

There were some pictures of the X3's that ran at the GLARCRC events in March and July with some good paint for the new body. I have a black pre-painted to test this weekend and clear body on the way, but will be painted similar to the McLaren I have been running for the past few years.
