The 1st batch of kits left Holland 2 weeks ago, the 2nd batch is waiting for some parts to complete the kit. They will probably leave the factory in Holland the 2nd week of January.

The major changes to the car was the rear end. So any 960 can be updated from its original form to become an 08'
Major changes include,
Rear Upright
Rear upper arm
Rear Bodymount arm
These 3 parts are what need to be changed to Make your car handle like an 08'
The front end is fine tuning as all it does is integrate upstop with droop. Which you still have on your old front end. So no problem there.

The car will eventually be able to accommodate for both the offsets available on the market today, best known as the original offset that is currently used on all popular Serpent 1/8th cars, and the offset that is used on the other chassis' such as, Shepherd, Motonica etc.
Depending on the plastic parts used on the car the offset will be used as a tuning option which will allow for further versatility and absolute control.

I was under the impression that there were going to be only 2 offsets to chose from; serpent and mugen but no option to use the moto wheels. I don't know what Shepherd uses. 'nitro ho' the parts refered to as 'OS1' are for serpent rims and the 'OS2' parts are for mugen.
I have a two questions, firstly, do the new hubs come with those inserts to use smaller bearings or are you forced to use them? And how is the new 08 LCG plate different to the older one?
