I wonder if Serpent will include the front carbon plate or leave it to owners to consider buying it? I'd guess it will be an option. I mean, to some degree chassis stiffness is more a feeling than something you can measure. Theory aside, some drivers just like a little roll and will drive better if the car feels better.

i have tested the LCG chassis with the carbon plate but didn't like it on my local track maybe it will feels better on higher traction track then when i tried cut out the center T part in the front (info from central rc)... it feels much better in all corner areas (more steering)... just my .02

FYI, SPEEDWORLD IS blowing out all SERPENT 960 parts out for 40% off. Getting out of selling the 1/8 scale on-road parts line. Only while supplise last.

www.speedworldraceway.com call for info the parts, they are not on their m/o. We do not have a ton of stuff, but a least 2-4 of everything for the car. Please call for info or willing to get rid of everything at once at 55% off.

Thank you

OS stands for offset. OS1 is for Serpent wheels and OS2, which was used by the team at the Worlds, is for Mugen/Kyosho etc. type wheels. Essentially the rear uprights are the only difference and have different bearing mounting positions to accomodate this change.

I was told that the kits would ship around Christmas and will be in the USA when Serpent USA re-opens after the holidays.
