Default Novak Vulcan Spec 17.5 Motor Gearing

Anyone knows what is a good gearing for TC 17.5?
Flowing track with a 130-180 feet straight.
Thx.

Not really. At first I thought the same thing. But he states this is going to be on 130-180 foot straight away. That is at least 40 feet longer that I normally run on. I gear my ballistic high rpm/Vulcan at about 3.88 at just below 40 degrees of timing. Just watch the temps.

Snowy.
