You should get at least 2 sets of front steering knuckles, front universals, and a set of front and rear arms.

hi guys im planning on buying an mtx3. i just have a few questions.

1. where can I get a good deal on this kit online (kit w/o engine)?

2. what are the part/s that usually breaks or anything that needs to be replaced or added to the kit . I want to know this/these so I can add it/them to my shopping cart that way I can save on s/h.

3. can I use the ae starter box if I turn the flywheel 90 deg from its stock position on the mtx3?

4. I want to put rdlogics pipe on it but I noticed on their website that there are two kinds of pipe, one turbo and the other nonturbo. whats the difference between them? What part # are u guys using?

many many thnx muah

Manticore,
I notice that u do away with the remaining of your shock towers.
erm, dun you ever have a need to try other shock positions?

I think k-factory also produces the fifth body post thing.
How does the car perform with the fifth body post?
any noticeable difference?

regards

i didnt cut away the upper shock location on the shock tower, it is an optional shock tower by local option house. I tried the upper shock position and they dont do any good to the performance.

Do you guys have a method of accurately determining how to set your same "comparative" droop when you go down to much smaller tires so your setup stays consistent? Do you all just go by feel or is their a way to measure what amount of droop will equal the droop you had before.

that shock tower is designed for VDS body but so far I prefer sedan body for MTX3.

that tire size is after a one day RCing !! I do like bigger tire size instead as handling is more consistant.

While I adjust collar, I do adjust droop in pair.
