Ok, tried another program. Apparently I was converting from "troy" pounds & ounces to grams instead of "avoirdupois" pounds & ounces to grams. Who knew there was a difference!!!!!

New converstions
RS4-2- 3.72 lbs= 59.52 oz= 1687.36 g
MTX-2- 4.15 lbs= 66.4 oz= 1882.41 g
MTX-3- 3.80 lbs= 60.8 oz= 1723.65 g

Now that looks more like it!!!!

JWF your cars would be:
61.8 oz= 1752g
59.1 oz= 1675.46 g

Manti,

Thats great that it's underweight, but where the hell can you put lead weights in the MTX-3 that would be of any use...it's so bloody cramped already???

Is there a Solid rear axle out yet? I want to reduce the drivetrain mass a little.

Manti,

Once you get a solid axle in the rear you'll have a baby MRX3 on your hands.

Didn't see anything on K-Factory or Kawahara site about a solid rear axle. However, did see on Kawahara's site the negative diff for the MTX-3 is almost ready!!!! I truly love the neg diff on my MTX-2, so I guess I'll end up with one on the MTX-3.

Anybody have any idea what the Kawahara ".8mm module spur gear" for the MTX-3 is all about?
