New to touring cars, help me with some tips

I'm about to start with touring car, i bought a sakura xi sport, and build the kit, now i;m ready to run, what should loo to improve my handling and the car driveability??
And some general tips.

Can you get the car around the track without crashing? Lots of people will tell you practice, practice, practice. Also get the tires everyone at your track is using.

What the two above have said are probably the most important things. make sure you get some good setup tools/board/station and learn how to use them right. have your car setup and dialed in properly before each race/run and as much practice as you can get, and then some.
you'll have to mess around with setup probably a lot before you find the right combination that "clicks" or works for you.

Thanks, i'm kind of cheap on things, i don't really like to get top of the line even when i can, jajajajajajaja, but that's just me.

Either raise the body a little or trim the wheel wells more or else you'll know what body tuck is. Cut the wheel arches so when it comes towards the lower side go straight down instead of curving the cut towards the wheel. Push both middle side (by the doors) in and see if body hits tires when push in, check the front when you steer it

The wheels were pushing the body and i trim were it was needed, the next body will be better cut.
