i have started to find what im looking for from the car i missed the shock package for how blown out the track is just i made some changes as the car would get upset a little bit through the blown out parts. im going to try 40 front with 1.5s and 1.7 rear with 32.5 and see how it does but i think that will fix the issue.

I run rcshox 40 1.6 front and 32.5 1.7 rear with red front and gold or silver can't tell the color rear springs. Works perfect in the ruff stuff.

Do you think a new car is coming?

Took my D413 for it's maiden voyage today. Wow what a car. Handles precisely even on a loose track.

Yep, very nice car. I can even be in the air almost upside down and without much wheel it still lands on it wheels. Amazing.

I took the plunge and bought a kit with all the trimmings! Amain probably knows my address by heart this week. Looking through some of this thread from a year ago, i saw that spur gears were stripping. Is this still an issue or will the exoteck spur and mounting plate i ordered help this? Also, do people prefer specific brand of pinion gear for this car? I'll be running a 6.5 orion. I look forward to many days of fun with this car! I hope it helps my 1/8 nitro driving in the process

I bought mine 12/2014 and run almost every week and still same stock spur. I run Robinson steel gears. No problems and kinda quite

Keep us posted! I've been looking at the Xray bushings so I'm curious to hear your comparison. Although I'm tempted to just order a set of Exoteks so they arrive as soon as I return from Seattle.
