My track is higher grip clay but with big steep jumps. The stock set up was a bit soft. I went to 40 f/ 35 r in oil and bumped up to Associated blue springs up front (HB fronts were out of stock on amain) which are VERY close to the next step up on HB spring rate equivalents and then one bump up on rear springs. So far I like it!

I use bladders with 450 cst front and 350cst rear with 4 hole 1.2 pistons that came with the kit. I'm still using the stock springs.

I use the bladders, too. Just put in VRP pistons, as well. 1.6/1.7.

That is called emulsion. I would suggest going up in oil weight from what you usually use. I like bladder a little better because they feel more consistent and the oil to me breaks down faster with emulsion style.

What would you suggest going up to? I run the emulsion setup. I have the stock size pistons. I am running losi 40wt in the front and 35 wt in the rear.

In my experience with various kits that I used emulsion on I would need to go up 5wt-10wt from what I used with bladders. You may like 40 wt and 35wt but I found the oil I used with bladders to be soft when I switched to emulsion.

I run 40/30 AE with VRP 1.6 in my car and it's dialed.

This is why I only suggested it with my experience. Different track conditions, drive style, traction ect... will dictate what will work for you.

Got my new Factory RC goodies to compliment this sexy Schelle aluminum chassis. All I can say is OMG this feels waaaaa better than my Yok ever did. In the pic of the Factory RC pieces I flipped the center piece to try and show you the angled cuts it has underneath. The battery mount is helpful for those of us that have fans mounted directly to the battery and we ask a friend to put your car down once it's done charging.
