I cant make these shocks "all dead" - either they suck in or rebound like hell.
I'm having same problem. Starting to think it's my b5 caps.im back to stock on rings and seem better than kyosho. I tried the soaking in oil and other suggestions. Are u using a trimmed bladder or no bladder at all?. I've also built many other brand shocks and never seen this before. .

does anyone know the adapter sizes that will fit this buggy? I am going crazy trying to find rims that fit. I have bought AE B44 rims, and Xray rims but neither fit the buggy...

Yes, 22-4 wheels for front & rear fit just fine.

The stock hex is 12mm the extra hex that came with it is 10mm hex to run some of the AE wheels.

Default AE x-rings?

Building my car this week and I picked up the AE x-rings for it (based on first page). Shocks are so friction free it makes me wonder how they will hold oil under usage! Anybody running them and can confirm success or should I pick up another part? Using Losi 32.5 and 35 wt oils.

If you haven't done so be sure to check page one of this thread. Good info in there, including wheels that fit. I've got HB and AE rears that work fine and a set of the TLR 22-4 fronts that work great.

I've got the right adapters for my DE racing setup wheels now. In my opinion, the drop and roll thing is especially well suited for this buggy with all the built in slop.

Does anyone have the exotek rear clamping hexes installed? I just put them on and there is a considerable gap between the rear of the hex and hub bearing. Am i doing something wrong, missing parts, or is this normal?
