So at this point what are the identified weak points and must have spares?

No, I'm not gonna go comb through over 400 pages to find the info, so don't get smart.

first page has a lot of great info and build tips, also have reference part numbers for items as well.

For the most part I would get an extra Spur, that something to always have on hand. Then next would recommend the Hot bodies tall servo horn. The AE B5 composite shock caps are nice to have on hand for spares. I'm still running the stock ball cup shock caps and they have been fine.

Socket head screws for the motor mount slider. Lets you get more on the screws without stripping the stockers.

one package will do two shocks. includes aluminum caps, bleeder screws, bladders, standoffs, cap bushings, and mounting hardware.

the standoffs are 1/8 scale style, in fact the cap bushings are the same units used in the D8 series cars.

Still waiting to order these (as well as the D812 V2 Radio Tray)... part number doesn't come up on Tower or AMain, but shows "on order" at Stormer

Speaking of new Aluminum Shock Caps. They are definitely what all D413 owners have been waiting for. Fit and finish is excellent, this in my opinion puts the finishing touches on making it the most durable 4wd Buggy around.

Most common part I've seen break is the rear outer ball cup.

New caps are $$$$. Fit and finish is on point like the rest of the car.

Schelle +4mm chassis in stock on Amain. May have to keep my D413 after all. Plus the caps. 100% winner.

Ok so I've been running the car for a few month now and every one at the track tells me that my car is really LOUD, now I really haven't notice it since it was loud since I build it. My question is has anyone else notice this and if they have can you point me to what it could be its not the gear mesh or the pinion. Spur is in perfect condition.

I know you don't want to hear that it was the spur and pinion mesh but it might be that. Did you try making it looser? Mine was on the tighter side as I didn't want to strip the spur. The spur has been perfect since April. But then I loosened it up recently as I have spares and wanted to give it a try. It got much quieter and I have one full practice day on it and the spur is fine. Maybe others have had a different issue. But overall it is still a little louder than my other cars.
