anyone has a cheap alternative to the sway bar holders? they keep poping out of the ball. I am using my xb4's for now, almost same length.

Steering problem
I just got this car and ran it once and right from the beginning noticed the steering sticks but moves freely. I tried 3 different servos as well as shaving the dowels down on the Ackerman still the same result. When I set the car on the found and turn to right the tires do not return straight any help would be greatly appreciated

Possibilities :
1 - something is bound up. If you disconnect the ball cup link, will the steering system move freely by hand ? There should be zero resistance.
2 - the servos you are choosing might be too weak.
3 - maybe an issue with your transmitter ? Just guessing on this one...

Fixed
In previous pages people took the dowels out of the Ackerman in order to reduce play which it had a lot of which helped tremendously. The aluminum horn did the trick now I'm just having problems when I take off quick the car veers right. I think I just need to get my setup right
