I run the old HW stock spec speedo, is the orion based on that or the new HW v3/v3.1?

The Orion was kind of inbetween the two... not quite a v2 and not a v3 kind of a v2.5 if you will.....

Orions software is different too.

Running 10.5 last year, with GM motor and speedo we ran some pretty tall gearing everywhere - just one setup sheet I've just looked at I ran 5.9!

That was 10.5, I 'd assume that the 13.5 has similar traits, but I don't know.

GM Motors are very good specially if use with GM ESC
which can set to match the track , day, grip, temp, style, etc
they are highly recomended
and if want a bit more go for Plettemberg, , Lehern, Kontronic

All the best

cheers matt, thats the info i was after,im at 5.85 for aldershot which seems to be perfect now,if the weather holds off tomorrow ill be able to see how i fair against the rest, thats 26/80 so i may drop another tooth on the pinion if it still feels slow on the infield,i may have made the mistake of gearing up for the straight and forgetting about faster accelaration on the infield
