Hi, does anyone at Novak have the performance figures and power ratings for any of the various brushless motors running at 6V, as the ratings always seem to be for 7.2V

Thanks

Default Drag Brake setting

does anyone know of a drag brake setting that would make the 13.5 feel more like a bushing stock motor?

I have lost mine, and you only got the instructions for the Original GTB.

Default Help.....NOTHING WORKS!

Hoping that someone may be able to help here. I plugged in my Novak GTB/13.5SS and nothing! It was working fine last week when I used it. I did have a heavy accident with the car last week but the speedo and motor were running fine, and now it just wont do anything.

I have checked all the connections which seem fine and nothing looks damaged or wrong, hoping that someone may have had a similar experience and point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance.

Terry

Anyone care to enlight me with FDR suggestion ?

I've been away from electric 1/10 EP touring cars.... so I lost my senses.

I have Novak GTB 3.5R combo put into TRF415 MSX ( 78T - 48pitch spur gear ).

My hometrack is medium large size, quite technical, asphalt with low grip, high humidity with 36C air temp, and around 42-44C asphalt temp.

1. What do you suggest for my FDR ?

2. Is it really beneficial to add 1 more capacitor ? In parallel ?

don't know if this will help. i race ta05 sedan with novak brushless only. on my 5800 i run 4.5 final drive ratio. i use associated tc4 72 tooth spur. on the 4300 i run 5.5 ratio. and when i run my 3.5r system i run 10.5 final drive ratio. as long as your running the sintered rotors in the motors should have no problems. anyway i did'nt. we run about the same size track. good luck.

I did a search in this thread, but didn't find a sure answer, so...

Can somebody give me a rollout for rubber tire sedan for the Novak 17.5. I know Novak's answer is to gear for temp, but I'm looking to find out what most people are running.

And if possible, can I get it in 'mm'.

Thanks

Can anybody give some feedback on how 17.5 compares to a co27 in terms of speed and torque? Thanks.

Which would be a better performing ESC for stock (27T) racing, the GTX or the GTB? I will be running the CO27 motor.
