Fet wire on GTX?

Fet wire on GTX?
I was just wondering how do you wire a fet servo on a GTX? i was told on the positive battery tab but i just wanted to be sure.

I solder mine to the positive battery position on the gtx. I use the ko servo with the seperate fet wire.

Thanks Jim i just wanted to be sure before i blew something up, and what about the diode i have to use that right?
