With the PL6 you could charge 2 1s packs in parallel, but they would have to be at a similar discharge state. Would the charger peak them at different times or?
Thank you very much for all the help Guys.
God Bless

I'm currently using Turnigy's X4 400W charger. 4 individual charging ports, 10A each. Nothing more to ask.

Best charger on the market hands down is the iCharger family. I have a 106B+ and 306B. Very easy to use, adjustable, and small. The same company that makes these also makes power supplies, again the smallest highest power output supplies you can buy and extremely affordable.

I did a lot of research before i decided on these and have not been disappointed. Several others I race with bought 106B+ and love them. There new charger, the 4010, has some serious power and will probably last you a lifetime.

Progressive RC and EP Buddy both sell these products. Price\performance is unmatched with these chargers and power supplies.

I used it in conjunction with a cheap multimeter for a while. It sucked having to watch it all the time but it did work.

So far, though, I'm super impressed. It's the only dual charger I've used that isn't just two chargers in one case. It's got a shared brain, so to speak, so all profiles you create are accessible via either side. It's also capable of slinging more power than just about anything else out there.

The 40A discharge is a bit misleading. It needs to be powered off a lead acid battery for this to work. It will use that as the dummy load by putting the discharged juice back into the lead acid rather than dissipating the energy as heat. It also has the ability to discharge channel A into a dummy load on channel B, like a bunch of auto lights, for example.

The Junsi guys are active on the forums and have been taking feedback for bugs and feature updates. We could probably convince them to duplicate (and expand upon?) the discharge functionality of the GFX.
Regarding the color of the plastic, if anyone feels so inclined, get yourself a pack of Rit Dye from Wally World, take all the plastic off that charger and dip it! It will come out a perfect black or what ever color you choose and that's just sexy.. At any rate, it still looks like a nintendo..

I've been using my Superbrain 989 for two years going strong, now. I love it for both my lipos and nimh. it's an excellent charger. it also comes with a more than adequate power supply. it stores 24 battery profiles. it charges pretty much every kind of battery you'd ever use in this hobby.

Regards.
Andy.
