Sorry I didnt post this when I found out last night, I wanted to let everyone around home know first. It hurt when I phone call yesterday, since he was like a brother the last couple of years, he is going to be missed.

My thoughts are with his family and I wish them the best.

A very true shock and loss to the hobby and many friends.
I've met very few people in the hobby as willing to help a complete stranger as Lino.

He will be greatly missed.

Our condolences go out to his family.

Default This is Linos Sister.....

Want to thank you all on behalf of myself and the rest of Lino's family. We are suffering a tremendous loss and not sure how we can go on without our beloved Lino. He passed away in his sleep on the night of July 5th. He loved this place....racing....cars and all of his friends here. I appreciate all the calls ....and all the thoughtful posts. I felt I had to come here after speaking with Steve.....maybe to feel a little closer to my brother right now. Again, Thank you.....

Rose Ames and family

This is a sad time for the R/C racing family. Lino was a great person and was so committed to R/C racing as we all know how much he loved it. I know he has been so helpful to me and many others and was just a all around nice guy he will be sadly missed.
I myself am in disbelief and shock that he is gone my thaughts and prayers go out to his family.

I'm still in shock. I found out on Friday after reading the news on RCtech. Its hard to believe that someone you've been close with for so long has passed at such a young age.

He was my friend, and he will be missed.

After speaking with his sister, his family was not aware that Lino was apart of such a tight nit community that is RC racing in New England.

Heath and Jarrod at Maximus will be dedicating the summer series race to him on the 22nd. Lino's family will be there to meet the people he spent so much time with. I ask that if it is humanly possible, please try to be a par tof the event.

Hyperform Challenge III - Lino Brosco Memorial Race

Race #2 of the Triple Crown Summer Series on July 22nd has been renamed Hyperform Challenge III. This race will be held each year the week after July 4th in memory of Lino Brosco.

Please if you are an onroad racer in New England, show your support for Lino and the New England onroad community by attending this race.

"I ask that if it is humanly possible, please try to be a part of the event" Steve Boice.

Lino's family will be attending this race to meet all the racers that Lino has spent some much of his time with over the years.

The cost for this race is being waived by Maximus. In lieu of the entrance fee we are asking racers to donate $5 to the Lino Brosco Scholarship Fund. This can be done the day of the race at Maximus. To make things simple please plan to make your $5 donation in cash.

Racing starts at 12:00 noon. Stock Sedan, Stock 1/12 Scale, TCS Mini Cooper
