15M is reasonable. AE is a 20M company with about 8% margin. 15M is close to 10 times their annual profit, which is often used for company valuation.

Bitter is on a roll tonight... he's gonna have more posts than Randman soon!

on the TT/AE thing... should be interesting to see how things change down here with new owners...

What was that Michael Keaton movie where that American car factory was bought by some japanese company and they took over operations...?

Where's this news report? This is a rumor that has been around for over a year.

If AE is willing to sell out for 15M I'd crap my pants and offer to eat them. There's no way a 20+ Million a year company sells out for less than a year of business.

AE and TTR have a relationship, to say that the quality will suffer is a yes/no answer. Lots of overseas vendors from what I hear have an issue with quality control. And this is what I hear from companies here dealing with foreign vendors. That's not to say all or one specific, but there are lots of "cheaper" kits that may cheap out in material quality.

That was Gung Ho from 1986. I am surprised you know about it as that was way back.

Hopefully Thunder Tiger held back enough money to hire a webmaster to take over the duties of RC10.com.

Derek, if you know people in the M&A field they will tell you that revenue means nothing. It's the asset and profit that matters when it comes to valuation. 15M is reasonable.

As for the report, here is a link if you can read Chinese.
