Without going into the shaft/belt conversation too much, it can work both ways- I liked the tc3 but if you are too aggressive it can affect your laptimes, since using a belt drive ('05) it's helped smooth me out on the throttle and i've done rather well with the car over two years or so.
You just gotta go with what feels best and is the quickest for you, It does get me thinking how well i'd do with a shaft driven car now though...

paulie take a look at the http://www.acerracing.com/products/T...it-706-11.html for the bearings on the EVO and I beleive they got em for the df also...and dont pass up on the sin lube, the stuff is great

I've always used the kit supplied bearings, and sprayed them all out with motor spray, spin them freely, then lube them with thin oil afterwards (right now I'm using Team Luna bearing oil).
it's been workign great for me.
I wonder how much gain I'd notice with that high end set you linked me to.

I've always used the kit supplied bearings, and sprayed them all out with motor spray, spin them freely, then lube them with thin oil afterwards (right now I'm using Team Luna bearing oil).

Guys I bought a 3 racing graphite chassis and looks great till...PROBLEM, put the batteries LIPO and regular NIMH and they dont seem to fir. Anyone have experience with this OR anyone want a chassis?

you should look into a lipo tray that shifts the battery out to the side further so it clears the upper deck....
