Not 100% positive as there was no photo, but I think the new X brace is part number 361173. The description reads, "graphite front upper deck 2mm" and it is not one of the other '15 decks in the kit.

It's already gotten a part # and is ready to ship any time now.

Wether the 3mm chassis would be the preferred choice in loose conditions I honestly don't know yet.
But from testing so far Malin really likes how it handles without the top decks and more roll incorporated into the setup.
I can see this setup being a good starting point for a loose / low grip setup

We will do some back to back testing with the new and "old" chassis in loose conditions as soon as the snow has disappeared and the outdoor tracks are good to go again

Do you think it would be an option to run the standard 2.5mm chassis without the top decks but with the new X brace.

From our own testing on medium to high grip tracks it's really not an option compared to the 3mm chassis or standard chassis with top deck(s).

Even with the carbon stiffeners added to the chassis braces it just has too much side to side flex.
Malin hated it when we tested it and compared it to her 3mm chassis setup.

But I'm sure some will run it and even like it

Pretty sure the standard chassis is only 2mm, without any top decks it'd be really flexible!

It would be easier to see a problem if you flipped the car over and took a photo of the bottom.
