I have an OS V-Spec engine but have never fired it up yet. I've heard only good things about these.

A buddy of mine had a Sirio engine and had nothing but trouble keeping the thing running properly. It may be a good engine but after seeing what he went through I'm staying away from Sirio engines.

go with the v-spec.I have one and it is awesome. On the straight it pulls on the p5's.The sirio engine runs pretty good,I don't have one,but I've seen one run.It idles high and thats the only way it will run.Out of your two choices I would take the v-spec.

Definately OS v-spec!! I don't have one in my buggy but sure as heck wish I did!! It has almost 3 horsepower!! OS has been making engines since for ever. I couldn't believe their website when I visited it once!

Checker out!!

Go with a Rex,Top,or Novaroosi P-5.They have tons of bottom and top end.People are havin trouble wiyh the v-spec leakin bec. of the bearings, but if you do get the v-spec get Novarossi bearings.

I don't have kanai 3 but I do have a sirio. It does idle high but has good power. however the os is a good choice also. either way you go you will be pleased.

I'm not having any problems with the bearings leaking yet.But I've only been through a gallon of fuel.

Default motor confussion

also check out RB concept motor. The S7 series is very good...i have had 4 of them, and all of them ran like champs..break in was easy..and it keeps a good idle. i have 2 ws7 and 1 ws7 II and 1 S7II.. i run the S7II now in my MBX5 and love it.. The OS Motors my buddys have run..usually have pistion and sleeve problems after about a gallon of fuel tru them. I have atelast 3 gallons tru all my motors and they still have great pinch. Just think about it before dropping 299.99 on the new OS v spec.
