Thumbs down Tyler144 is a THEIF! DO NOT DEAL WITH!

We agreed to ship our trades at the same time.
I have yet to hear from him since I sent the tracking info for my end of the trade.
He has since received my truck and refuses to respond to me with an explanation.

I will remove my comments if my items are returned or a reasonable explanation is provided. Until then, DO NOT DEAL WITH TYLER144.

Again, I will remove my comments should this issue become resolved.
DO NOT DEAL WITH TYLER144

I suggest you contact his local police Dept. and file a mail fraud claim with your local post office. That is assuming you have kept all e-mails and PM's you two have exchanged. Usually a visit from the local law enforcement will do the trick but don't take too long to file with the USPS.

I've now sent 2 PM's. The future for mister Tyler on RCT is not looking very good at this point.

I had a shady incident with him as well. I had a set of 4 shocks for sale. He said he would take them so I sent him my paypal addy. He immediately said he sent payment. Needless to say he did not. Then he said he must have sent it to the wrong address and never responded.

Yes what would u like from me
You could start by explaining these...

http://www.rctech.net/forum/trader-f...-not-deal.html

Posting in these threads with your side of the story is always a good idea..
Well with the one dude fuel, he sent me a losi xxxt and i wanted to wait til i got the car and try it out before i ship and i got the car and first drive out the diff was stripped so i was gonna send it back to him but i am kinda low on funds so he will have to wait til i get some money
sounds like BS to me considering if you were happy with the deal you would have needed the money to send your end of the deal anyway

to claim "funds are low" is BS, if you don't have the money to hold up your end of a deal then don't make one!

You need to make these deals right or you're gone!

And yes I'm going to post this PM in that thread.

tyler144 wondered who I am to involve myself in deals made on RCtech, in a less than respectful manner..

Who am I people ask...I'm unbiased moderator who gives both parties an equal chance to tell their side of the story and to make things right. Some may disagree but everybody has their opinion..

You bet! When I get a reply like that to a simple question asking a member to explain their side of the story they're not the type of person that the mod staff or our members need to deal with......

I really like the fact that racer1812 is so active, and so forthcoming with information. I have been a member here for a little bit lol, and honestly think the site would be even better if all the mods were like this. Just my opinion...

I don't do this for the pat on the back (it's nice at times to know that it's worth my time though) I've been in this and other "birth control hobbies" for 23+ years. Some of you may have noticed that I've become less tolerant of the BS, I'm still objective just put up with less BS.

I would much rather be at the track chasing lap times than A holes on RCtech, but since my home track is 2 hours away the A holes are stuck with me

The amount of PM's that other mods get compared to me is insane, so I don't blame them, or should anyone else, for them not being as active in this section. And technically it's "mine".
