I'd just like to find out where I finished in the 2nd & 3rd Masters A main. Never did find the results. I left at 10:00 Sunday night and still don't know what place I got let alone see a trophy. R.W.

I left Friday morning, right after the blowup, since there was only 10 in Masters, do I still get a trophy?

Please advise.

Hi Todd,

Funny thing you bring this up. Rick Wilson and I were discussing this exact thing last night. While I don't have an answer for you today, know that it is being considered. How would you change the construction of the brushed motors? Drop me or Rick and email.

I'm assuming all of the mod guys were running their 7 and 8 turn mods?
Rumor has it there was a 4 turn.

Who needS ROAR??? Like other have said, the Champs, Reedy, Novak and the Birds have all been successful. Roar definately needs to revamp the current rules/guidelines. I'm also up to pay more per year if I knew that I could get a decent, organized and well planned race.

I'm in no way saying you are wrong for asking members to become involved. I'm merely pointing out that aside from persuing office, which clearly everyone would not be able to do,
What specifically can the membership do (large and small) to contribute?

=)
You could call your regional director and ask him what you can do to help. Call some of the class committees and get involved that way. I'm the committee chair for the electric on-road and I could use some help. If you or anyone is interested, drop me a line, I would be happy to talk to you.

No, it actually doesn't....not even close. The only issue we had last year was the issues with Jlap.....on Saturday around 7-8 pm they decided that they were better off running the all mains on sunday because they wanted to double check EVERYTHING instead of having a bigger problem....so they opted to run the 6 or 7 races on Sunday instead. They did not spring that on anyone right before the scheduled start and it certainly wasn't late at night. There were no outbursts by anyone running the track....we did not have any major power issues, we did not have a rash of missed laps or any protests of any kind. The mains were done at a reasonable hour because the races had only a few minutes between heats with the exceptions of a few A mains. So in review....Jlap issues yes , facility issues of any kind including space, power, spectators...NO! People running the track...fine, tech...fine.....rules issues maybe 1 or 2 questions but nothing of any issue.

So, once again you have taken the opportunity to pass on an opinon of something you know nothing about. Boy you are going to be welcomed back with open arms at your local track!
Ok now you have pissed me off and quoted me out of context, THat is what i was refering too was the post i quoted dumb a**, not the whole freakin race, just that the lower mains were supposed to be run on saturday night, and they werent, thats all my response was about, thats why they give you a quote option F*** Head. so re read my post before you make accusations I never said that they didnt allow spectators, I said they did! I was merely stating that it was the issue with saturday night mains that didnt get run thats all! Man you just really like to try and make me look like i am against the gate all the time, well this time YOU LOOSE D**K god you got me burning this time!!!!!!

The event ended late Sunday.
Hobby Chamber is closed Monday.
It is now Tuesday, and the results are available.

You have got to be kidding me with your comment.
